Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to the conditions stated in the Elees Return and Exchange Policy and applicable Sri Lankan law.
Products may be inspected before a return, exchange or refund is approved. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights available to customers under Sri Lankan law.
Products distributed by Elees are covered by the warranty applicable to the relevant product or brand.
Warranty eligibility, duration, exclusions and claim procedures will be stated on the warranty card or in the Elees Warranty Policy. Proof of purchase may be required when submitting a warranty claim.
Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs, normal wear and tear or failure to follow product-care instructions may not be covered, subject to the applicable warranty conditions and law.
Elees products may also be available through authorised dealers across Sri Lanka. Prices, promotions, stock availability and delivery arrangements offered by individual dealers may differ from those displayed on the Elees website.
Purchases made from an authorised dealer may be subject to that dealer’s applicable sales and return procedures, without limiting any warranty provided by Elees or the relevant brand.
The website and its content, including text, images, graphics, layouts, logos, videos and design elements, are owned by or licensed to Elees.
Brand names, logos and trademarks displayed on the website, including Lee Cooper marks, remain the property of their respective owners. They may not be copied, altered, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.
